gratitude and sadness
Many thanks to those who wished me a happy birthday today, namely jie~, being the 1st person who wished me at 12.01am, followed by sweet min yan :), then my senior chairmaine, then in the morning woke up and saw dearest jaime's sms at 2.22am -_-, cheryl and vanessa at about 12.50? after that in the afternoon joey (2D'07) sms me too, then my bestie wanjing, we met up, BUT i had to remind her -_-, and then logged in to facebook, saw eric, IV, regina babe (hahaas), ain, geng lin, Miss Koh, sheng kiang, you cheng, my friend for 13 years eleanor, chicky, pei yen, and gin.
BIG THANKS TO THOSE WHO REMEMBERED AND TOOK THE EFFORT TO GAVE ME THEIR WISHES!!! :D
had a not too fun day at SP today, because of some reasons, i had to stay away from the house, so idecided to go where jie was. stayed there half the time figuring out the internet, can't use SP wireless, wireless @ SG also kns, keep failing to connect....then saw wanlin, a kss friend coincidentally. at about 1+, my bestie came to meet up with me, but only for a moment...>< like i said, had to remind her what is the date today, seriously can't believe it...-_-
after that, jie meet up with me, with 'wu ze tian' tagging along. had a nice time together, and we went to din tai fung to have my birthday treat! damn nice!!! love the chilli crab xiao long bao, it's the BEST!!!!! :D
after that, dragged them to kino to look for my book, but don't have anything that i liked, to my great disappointment....then we go to the magazine section, spend dunno how long looking at entertainment magazines, and mostly on my darling TWILIGHT!!!! ooolala~ this shows how popular twilight is! so some people should stop badmouthing it! (hinting to hp fans -_-)
took the train back, was DAMN sleepy by then, so slept almost the entire journey, thinking back, must be super unglam, lucky won't be seeing those passengers again! :)
reached home, waited for my uncle to come my house, then my family celebrated my birthday for me. then i turned on the computer and start replying to those who tagged me on facebook (thanks again!). and now here i am, typing away!
as grateful as i am on the well wishes, still feel sad, as in damn sad, the almost heartbroken type. some people whom i especially care for didn't remember about today, some may be those that i care for but refused to show it only, certain crushes, and some really really close friends, and a bestie that stop contacting each other for more than a month. i may have 'kan kai' about birthdays and stuff, but still...it hurts, that's all i can say.
in all, i still feel blessed by the many people who taken the time to wish me happy birthday! (even though most must be reminded by the facebook calendar thingy, lols!)
